What You Need to Know About LEGO: The Incredibles

Here's what we know about the release of LEGO The Incredibles so far...

So, a while back we were delighted to update you on all the latest gossip and news surrounding the release of a brand new Incredibles film, which will be released on July 13th THIS year - if you missed this installment check it out right here...

As many of you probably already know, I am extremely excited for the release of the sequel and it has been massively overdue - with the first film being released in 2004!

With return of the Parr family being a hot topic at the moment, it is only right that LEGO have announced the release of a game, yup you guessed it, centered around The Incredibles clan!

What can we expect to see from LEGO's The Incredibles game?

Well it goes without saying that you can expect to see the superhero family working together to help save the world! 

This game promises to go much further than this though, with a combination of both the characters we adored from the first film (shout out to Edna!) and also the introduction of newer characters which feature in the sequel, who we are yet to meet...

As you may expect, this game is definitely one for those seeking a touch of action and adventure from their gaming experience. With TT Games working on the development of the game, you're sure to love the outcome. Acquired by Warner Bros. in 2007, TT Games have gone on to develop various LEGO games including; LEGO Jurassic Park, LEGO Marvel Avengers and the LEGO Harry Potter collection.

Details on the game play are vague, but as with many LEGO games, you will no doubt have plenty to do to keep you very busy. There's guaranteed to be some form of construction and creativity involved, and this coupled with the introduction of The Incredibles family has seriously got my gaming taste buds tingling.

Release dates, available gaming platforms and more

So with the film being released on July 13th, you would expect the game to follow pretty soon after.

Well you won't have to wait much longer at all! LEGO The Incredibles will released on exactly the same day - yup, cool huh?! So you'll be able to head out to the cinema, watch the sequel (which I am sure will be awesome), and then head straight out to buy the game.

Retailing at just over £30, this game is available to play on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC.
