WHAAAT?! Hold up…
Yup, it’s official! Steven Spielberg has announced that filming for the next Indiana Jones will begin NEXT YEAR…
The iconic film maker made the announcement during an acceptance speech for Legend of Our Lifetime at Sunday’s Rakuten TV Empire Awards.
Spielberg stated “It’s always worth the trip when I get to work with this deep bench of talent coming out of the UK. The actors, and the crew, the chippies, the sparks, the drivers — everybody who has helped me make my movies here, and will continue helping me make my movies here when I come back in April 2019 to make the fifth Indiana Jones movie right here.”
With the movie scheduled for release in July 2020, and with both Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall returning to produce it, the news is making us feel all warm and nostalgic!
We’re so excited for this here at Retro Styler HQ and we want to know what you think… Does Harrison Ford have it in him to take on Indiana Jones for a 5th time? Or would the role be better suited for a younger model?
